The Earth is not a Cold Dead Place

For my latest project I created a 12" sleeve for Explosions in the Sky's The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place

I wanted the outside (being bleak and desolate) to contrast with the inside image (being an explosion of life)

All in regards to the title of the record.

Dissertation has been handed in, so hopefully onwards with more artwork.

Lindisfarne II

Final project for the first term of third year. I created and screen printed a movie poster for Drive. Again it would be for The Alamo Drafthouse,  a cinema that re-screens films. I'm hoping to get a run of at least three different movie posters for The Alamo over this third year. 

This design is more literal compared to the previous poster I created for Donnie Darko, however I feel its quite successful. Each panel // square // rectangle represents an aspect or element of the main character. Unfortunately the text at the bottom didn't come out well on any of the prints, but still, there is always something to learn from.
